And Free IQ doesn’t charge any streaming or hosting fees?

No. The essence of Free IQ is to provide a place where users can watch an unparalleled quantity and variety of FREE media content—be it videos, audio files or electronically-downloadable print documents. To encourage Content Providers to present their best “stuff,” we offer them a FREE place to upload, store, host and stream their online video and audio content, as well as the tools to “tag,” title and categorize their content files for easy access and retrieval by our users.

Are there limits to the content I can upload?

At this time, here are no restrictions on the quantity or duration of the content you submit, but we do have some guidelines with regard to subject matter. Free IQ is not looking to duplicate sites that feature or encourage silly, outrageous, horrifying, lewd, violent, hateful, spiteful or offensive content. Free IQ is seeking and actively encourages content that: a) gives users valuable information, particularly from true subject matter “experts”; b) teaches users how to do something well and c) imparts skills, techniques, ideas, knowledge and information, whether the desired end is knowledge “for its own sake,” or potential financial gain. Free IQ considers all of these to be “valuable.”

What are the steps to creating content?

There are three main steps to creating content on Free IQ:

How do I decide what products to offer as Free vs. Paid Content?

At the very least, your Free Content should be an informative overview of your subject matter. We suggest giving away as much valuable content as you can, while reserving your premium information for any paid products and services you might offer. Free IQ visitors are much more likely to purchase Paid, Premium Content if they are impressed with the knowledge and expertise presented in your Free Content presentation.

Your Free Content should be far more than just a sales pitch. While it is certainly expected that you will include information detailing the offer for your Paid Content, you should use it as a way of introducing people to a more unique approach that you share with them in the products you are selling. Rather than focus on the short-term sale, the objective is to concentrate on the long-term benefit to your business by offering value to your target audience.
