Before I start writing I might say that I am from Scandinavia and don't know too much Cuban food, I was too curious not to download the cooking book. The recipes are build logical - first the ingredients and then a step by step explanation. There are not many ingredients in every recipe, which I like, first it makes it easier to prepare but also every group of food and spice get "room" to taste. The only thing I miss is metric measure. I would have prefered both US and metric.Susanne
