| Balancing your meals has two sides:1.Food balance 2.Hormone balance.
Food balance includes the quantity of food (Volumetrics) and Fuel mixture ratio of 40% carbohydrates ,30% protein,30% fat and 40gms of fiber per day .
Hormonal balance includes insulin,glucagon and eicosanoids.
