INTRODUCTORY NOTES with respect to THE SGR DOCUMENTARY - CHAPTER 2 Chances are good that all of us (Author included) had been exposed to, or are even now being exposed to a lot of well-meant advice as to how to ensure our financial success. And much (if not all) of that advice can be found to be centered around the suggestion that we should "do certain things", in order to attain that state called Wealth. Such a belief may have been accepted in times past - probably because no other alternative had ever been offered - also, most of us were neither encouraged nor taught to question (even objectively) such advice. That was then - this is now. Strangely enough, one of the great paradoxes of life is that more and more people from every walk of life are witness to the simple fact that much (if not all) of that "well- meant" advice about how to Get Rich simply does not work; yet they still proceed to think and act in accordance with that advice, as if to say: Maybe it didn't work for the other person, but it will work for me. Tragic, isn't it? ..... even more tragic is that it doesn't have to be so, for anyone. Getting Rich is actually much simpler than most people think. The Reader would do well to note that the Author wrote: "simpler", and NOT "easier" - the two terms are not one and the same. A very wise individual made the comment that: "This is the most exciting time in all of human history to be alive - IF you have the proper information." Expanding on that comment, the Author would add that just having the proper information is nowhere near good enough. Emphasis can almost not be placed high enough on the need for APPLICATION of that information. And the following excerpt might do well to drive that point home to the Reader: "Knowledge will not attract money, unless it is organized and intelligently directed through practical plans of actions, to the definite end of accumulation of money. Lack of understanding of this fact has been the source of confusion to millions of people who falsely believe that "knowledge is power". It is nothing of the sort. Knowledge is only potential power. It becomes power only when and if it is organized into definite plans of action and directed to a definite end."
- Napoleon Hill "THINK AND GROW RICH" So, therefore, the Reader has two, and ONLY two choices before himself or herself, in so far as the subject of Getting Rich is concerned:
(in no specific order) A) Ignore or reject the suggestion presented via this documentary and go about their lives as before which what has generally been passed on from one generation to another - and, generally, does not work OR B) Decide to go forth and study, learn, understand and implement The Science Of Getting Rich. Only the future will reveal the results of the choice made in the present moment. Or, as recorded by these immortal words:
"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference."
